Lee joined us at the Bay View Restaurant in March 2020 and has astonished both the guests and the locals alike, with the delicious food he has served, from fresh local produce and inventive creations.
Whether you sample the à la carte menu or his famous Sunday roast with all the trimmings, you are in for an unforgettable dining experience.
Lee holds an impressive and extensive culinary career, spanning over 20 years. He is most famously known for being a semi-finalist on MasterChef: The Professionals in 2010.
He was also voted 'The Best Head Chef' in the Cornwall Life Magazine, along with becoming a finalist for 'Best Chef' in the Food Magazine. We can not deny that Groves has extraordinary talents when it comes to creating culinary delights.
