Located just over one mile from the picturesque village of Aberporth, with two sandy beaches and frequent sightings of Bottlenose Dolphins, our boutique hotel is the perfect location for staycations in West Wales for 2021. Having been sporadically coming to the Penrallt for the last 10 years this last occasion with its new owners and refurbishment it has now achieved its potential.
Gloriously and tastefully revamped it's a gem of a place to escape to.
As dog owners, we sampled the Garden rooms, spacious and comfortable, the grounds excellent for ‘walkies’. Sumptuous grand lounge with log fire a bonus and the cuisine fulfilled expectations. We shall be returning to this delightful place with its bay views again and again hopefully.

"Booked for one night, but decided to stay an extra night. Lovely setting, The Snowden room was great, with lovely views from the balcony. Food was excellent, especially the cod from Gower and good value. Reception staff- Gillian and Heather were very helpful and informative and restaurant service on our 1st night, plus room service on both days was first class. I Will definitely visit again- when Covid permits"

"We stayed here as my mother in law was turning 60 and we wanted a night away with nice food and surroundings, and we weren’t disappointed! The hotel has beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. The view from the hotel is incredible! The staff are all so friendly and cannot do enough for you. The food was excellent and we felt relaxed and safe at all times. What a beautiful treat, being brought to this picturesque, beautiful hotel to experience an astounding meal on St Davids Day!!!
On arrival, we were greeted by the sound of harp music, and directed into the lounge for drinks, whilst being seated to peruse the menu. What a choice there was!!! A couple of our party had dietary requirements, and there was no problem in adapting the dishes to suit their needs.  There was only one G.F option for dessert, however other options were offered by the kitchen.
There was a welsh themed Sunday lunch menu, as it was St Davids Day, and it didn't fail to impress.
The whole experience and food was stunning, and Amy, our waitress, was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble.
I also hear that they have a new chef... Keep up the good work!! We will be back again, soon!!
